This holiday season Levi's® invites you to join us in celebrating the spirit of giving by donating your voice to some of our favorite charitable organizations from around the globe. Learn more about Goodwill, and take action.

In the spirit of our founder, Levi Strauss, we’ve been giving back to the communities where we operate for more than 155 years. Our goal is to run our business and create our products in a way that protects the planet and supports the people who make them.

Fight Unemployment

Most people know Goodwill for its stores and donation centers, but the core of our mission is to provide people with disadvantages and disabilities opportunities to gain employment.

We believe a job can change a life. We believe that our neighbors and family members deserve every opportunity to have and keep good jobs. Join us in our fight against unemployment. When you support your community through Goodwill, you are helping change lives through the power of work.

1. Give Goods

When you donate your gently used goods, they are sold within your community. The revenue is used to fund job training programs and support services for people who face challenges to finding employment.

2. Give a Gift

When you give a financial gift, you can choose how it is used — to support a local program in your community, to support programs across North America, or to support our international development for emerging Goodwill agencies outside the United States and Canada.

3. Give Your Voice

When you give your voice, you can join the conversation online or help advance our advocacy priorities by contacting your local member of Congress to take action.

About Goodwill

Goodwill is all about changing lives — designing plans to bring people's dreams to life while connecting them with other community resources, such as child care, free tax preparation, youth mentoring, reliable transportation, shelter and financial planning in order to create stability both at home and in the workplace.

Take Carolyn Wright, for example. When she was laid off after 13 years, she wanted to go back to school. After looking into Microsoft classes offered at Goodwill, she obtained business and medical office training with an aim to go into medical administration. Although she hadn’t attended school in 20 years, she enjoyed the learning process. She earned perfect scores and felt great about herself after so recently hitting her lowest point. Simultaneously, Carolyn received job search assistance. She quickly earned a temporary position that led to full-time employment and today loves her work. “Goodwill was great about it,” she says. “It’s really good for people who need to get back into the workforce.”
